Nunavut Sivuniksavut Student Council

The small groups are designed to help build strong relationships, which is key to supporting each other throughout the year.

Each group will choose a member to serve as their Student Representative on the student council. This representative will keep everyone in the group informed and bring any concerns or issues to the council.

Year-end trip

Cultural exchange and sharing the Inuit Story

The year-end trip is a highlight of the Nunavut Sivuniksavut experience, offering students the chance to travel, share their culture, and engage in meaningful exchanges with other communities. During this journey, students act as ambassadors, presenting the Inuit story through workshops, performances, and storytelling.

This trip not only deepens cultural connections but also empowers students to proudly represent their heritage while learning about the traditions and experiences of others. It’s an unforgettable opportunity for growth, cultural exchange, and building lasting relationships.
